  3. Go to Settings > Account Settings

  5. Request account deletion with your registered username
  6. Our team will process your request within 7-10 business days
  7. You will receive confirmation once your account and data have been permanently deleted
  8. Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your conversations, documents, and profile data will be permanently removed from our servers.

9. Data Retention

  • Active account data is retained as long as your account is active
  • Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days
  • Backup copies are removed from all systems within 90 days
